Space Coast Runners Training Camp

Looking for motivation to train through the Florida Summer? Want to work on your speed?

Join us for our Space Coast Runners Summer Sweat and Speed Training Camp! This comprehensive training camp will run from May 14, 2024 - July 4, 2024 and is geared towards all running levels, including a run/walk program. The camp goal race is the Firecracker 5K* on July 4th, 2024. Participants do not need to be running in the goal race to participate in camp, and can also train for other races and/or distances! Coaching will be conducted by Kaitlin Donner, assistant Coach Bekah Ash and designated pace leaders.

Sessions are held on Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. at rotating locations in the Satellite Beach area and Sunday’s at 6:00 a.m. at rotating locations.

We are also offering a virtual option! You get all the perks of the in-person camp, including a featured product sample bx shipped direct to you!

Athletes will receive:

  • Training camp tech shirt or tank

  • Group Training atmosphere and runner education

  • Personalized training schedule (including weekly feedback via Final Surge)

  • Workout pace leaders

  • Weekly FREE product samples & giveaways

  • Weekly “Coffee with Coach” virtual session

  • Pace group check in with me half way through camp via Zoom

  • FREE Injury Prevention workshop

*Camp registration does not include an entry into the goal races

Personalized Coaching

One-on-One Coaching is perfect for athletes who are training for a long distance race or triathlon. You will receive weekly, bi-weekly or monthly delivered training plans created by a USAT Level 1 and/or RRCA certified run coach. There are three different levels of coaching services dependent on your needs - Silver, Gold, Platinum. All coaching levels include the following:

Silver Coaching

  • Complete training plan (Ironman, half ironman, Olympic or Sprint distance)

    created and edited on a weekly basis

  • Email communication within 24 hours

  • Power and pace analysis as needed Phase 1 multi-sport strength/core program

  • Progression strength plan available for 20% off

  • 20% off all New Wave PT services

Gold Coaching

  • Silver plus:

  • Bi-weekly training log review including email review

  • Up to one scheduled 30 minutes one-on-one coaching opportunity per month

  • Phone communication once a week Race plan

  • Phase 1 & 2 multi-sport strength/core program

  • Two FREE New Wave group strength classes

  • 30 minute swim analysis (with 3 month commitment)

Platinum Coaching

  • Gold plus:

  • Weekly training log review

  • Two scheduled 30 min one-on-one coaching opportunities per month

  • One FREE one-on-one sports specific 60 minute strength session

  • Phone communication as needed

  • FREE sports dietitian consultation
